The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Sakuro VPN mobile app. The deletion takes effect immediately.

    Launch the application on your iOS or Android device and ensure you are logged in.

    Tap on the gear/settings icon located in the bottom navigation bar.

Our Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, Google Play & App Store rules), here is exactly what happens when you delete your account:

Account Credentials: Email and password hashes are permanently purged.
VPN Activity Logs: We operate a strict Zero-Logs policy; no connection history ever exists to be deleted.
Support Tickets: Any associated customer support inquiries are anonymized or closed.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Account deletion is completely irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your credentials are purged from our secure servers. If you wish to use Sakuro VPN again in the future, you will need to register as a new user.

How long does the deletion process take?

If you delete your account via the mobile app, deletion is instantaneous. If you submit a web deletion request using the form on this page, our privacy team verifies and processes your request within 24 hours.

Does deleting my account automatically cancel my paid subscription?

If you subscribed via Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), billing is managed directly by Apple or Google. Deleting your Sakuro VPN account does not automatically stop store billing. You must go into your Apple ID or Google Play Account subscription settings and cancel the recurring subscription.

Why do you require email verification for web requests?

To prevent malicious actors or unauthorized third parties from deleting your account without your consent, we send a verification email to the registered address before executing web-based deletion requests.
