The Sakuro VPN name, logo, brand assets, website design, and software are the intellectual property of Sakuro Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you.
Sakuro VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakuro Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service. Refunds for terminated accounts are at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sakuro Technologies Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
